INTUITIVE MASSAGE:
A background to the development
of this art
=~~~~~~~=
I relaxed slightly, and something
went
shooting by, away from and seemingly out of a pent-up area that
released.
The energy it became, was a
single frame of a long movie; a tale the unconscious
sees clearly, but our rational
mind is nearly oblivious to. Through
the use of breath,
and attention to incrementally
slow these subsequent images down, a perception developed,
which framed the fractured events
with times. After months of
concentrated Ashtanga practice,
I realized the pictures were
memories of events which were stored in the muscles, and other
connective tissue body. Soon, I could actually glimpse them, and
begin to feel
what lay trapped in related areas
I was trying
without success to stretch.
=~~~~~~~~~~~~=
As I got better at this, it
occurred to us I might be able to see the effect in someone else,
for [journal excerpt] “The
whole event seemed so miraculous in the first place, it was not a tremendous
leap
to consider its usefulness outside
of us. I worked with partners, as we
helped each other arch and twist through
a challenging stretch, I often
found a hint of something at the periphery of my perception, as I felt them extend,
or rotate further into a
pose. I found it necessary to court an
inexplicable bond between breath, internal focus,
and complete release of
thought. With this, I sought to probe
sensations of others,
which I quickly realized, was a
refined ability to see myself.”

“For many years I had studied,
and directly observed numerous types of paranormal experiences,
struggling to make sense of each one’s process, and basis. Now it appeared, due perhaps
to a long, disorienting bout of high
fevers and subsequent reverse culture-shock
after returning from Asia, a slew
of impossible events began, for my resistance to seeing
what I’d inwardly known all
along, was diminished to the point
I could no longer control
it.”
=~~~~~~~~~~~~=
Eventually, I began to see into
people I imagined I was massaging, which led me
to the belief the physical I, or
body we used to connect with another person, is a vehicle
of divination, not unlike seeing
with yarrow sticks, runes, or cards. I
realized it was possible
to sense a person’s blocks at a
distance, or even investigate them deeply, by feeling a raw truth
in yourself, that acts of
courage, inner strength, openness, and extreme events briefly evinces.
A continued study, and careful
polish on all subsequent breakthroughs to these facts
took thirteen years to redefine.
=~~~~~~~~~~~~=
Learning to see in this way,
gives you a distinct feeling of direct contact
with your own intuition, by
sealing your pact with perception, on every act of your self.
The art of separating your own
issues, from the confusion of those you’d seek to help,
accelerates an understanding of
forces once-thought beyond your current insight, or
immediate control. This high state of seeing yourself clearly,
eclipses the rules
of how we’ve been told we must
compromise, and live
our days.
