sub-400 foot depth was never reached or assayed, before WWI stopped
production, then
a Northern Gold Corporation shareholder dispute stalled its immediate
reopening. In 1970, the Bodie claims were acquired by the Geo-Mineral Company which
became a corporation several years later.
By purchasing our 70% of this
clean, dormant corporation, you effectively control the use and
future of the property without having to buy the land, or all the
shares from every last shareholder. You are also buffered from tax,
and exigency.
