Geo-Mineral mining corporation information
You can own a Historic Patented Gold Mine property located sixteen miles from the once-famous, and still authentic town of Republic Washington. Our family is selling the controlling majority share (70%) of a historically significant mining property, presenting you with the opportunity to enjoy eighty-five beautiful acres of wild mountain country and all their associated mineral rights. In the gold-rich, hard rock tunnels of Bodie, garnets splash the walls beyond large trees, where remnants of early equipment, and picturesque log cabins settle into its fertile soil. Bodie has a huge unreprocessed talus site, two income-bearing summer homes, and the easy access of an old county road passing right through the property. There’s even a trout stream. Bodie mine, an icon of this region's opulent local history, produced a lot of gold in its day, and by all survey reckoning, more exists to be taken. Its geology has been compared to Republic's rich Knob Hill mine, which demonstrated high output below Bodie's deepest tunnels.

An example of timber size, from wind falls.      Walking towards the large meadow,
 stream to your right.

For those of you who enjoy oysters with pearls, this sub-400 foot depth was never reached or assayed, before WWI stopped production, then a Northern Gold Corporation shareholder dispute stalled its immediate reopening. In 1970, the Bodie claims were acquired by the Geo-Mineral Company which became a corporation several years later.

By purchasing our 70% of this clean, dormant corporation, you effectively control the use and future of the property without having to buy the land, or all the shares from every last shareholder. You are also buffered from tax, and exigency. Not only that, it's far cheaper and easier.   Where else would you get all this history, value, and golden potential safely bordered by National Forest and BLM land? For a paltry $330,000?!  You'd pay more for a run-down two-bedroom, with a postage-stamp yard in Seattle, with no gold 'n them-there hills.
